The boutique law firm C Cases has signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with the law firm GMT Legal.

As part of the cooperation, GMT Legal's founder and CEO Andrey Tugarin has joined the C Cases team as Counsel. The partnership aims to combine the teams' expertise and expand the support available to clients, including in technology projects, digital assets and international structures.

Andrey Tugarin is a lawyer and entrepreneur and the founder of GMT Legal. He specialises in legal support for projects in IT, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and the digital economy and regularly speaks as an expert on the regulation of digital assets.

The GMT Legal team has experience supporting technology companies, startups and online platforms, including on business structuring, intellectual property and the legal regulation of digital assets.

According to C Cases, the cooperation will strengthen the firm's expertise in fast-growing areas of technology business.
