Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the personal data subject, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", give specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data to Limited Liability Company "CEO Cases" (OGRN: 1187746011001, INN/KPP: 9701097974/770101001), registered at: 101000, Moscow, Armyansky Lane, bldg. 7, rm. VI; rooms 1-8 (actual location address: 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, building 6, structure 2, entrance 3, floor 44, room 4404) (hereinafter - "Operator").

                 The list of my Personal Data for which I give consent for processing is: email address.

I authorize the Operator to perform automated processing, as well as processing carried out without the use of automation tools, of my Personal Data, namely: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The purposes of Personal Data processing are:

–              Operator's employees providing feedback to the User based on User requests (including sending notifications, making calls, sending offers and recommendations tailored to user needs, interests, and preferences);

–              Promotion of own services and brand in the market through marketing communications (informing the User about promotions, contests, special offers, new services, discounts, promotional materials, and other services, as well as receiving commercial or advertising information and free products, conducting marketing research, and notifying about all special initiatives for clients);

–              Collection of cookie files.

This consent applies to the processing of Personal Data provided by me to the Operator when using the website and feedback forms, as well as when contacting via email used by the Operator.

This consent to the processing of Personal Data is valid from the moment consent is given (including by checking a box on the Operator's website form or by sending a request to the Operator) until the date I withdraw my consent.

The withdrawal date shall be the day following the Operator's receipt of the application for withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.

The personal data subject has the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of their personal data by notifying the Operator in writing using one of the following methods:

–              by written application sent to the address: 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, building 6, structure 2, entrance 3, floor 44, room 4404;

–              by email sent to: ask@ccases.ceo.

I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, if necessary, the Operator has the right to provide my personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing technical support services, services for sending promotional and other informational messages, as well as (in anonymized form) for marketing, statistical, and other scientific purposes. Such third parties are entitled to process personal data based on this consent. The Operator is granted the right to select the companies performing the mailing without additional approval.

I undertake not to use other people's Personal Data and agree to compensate the Operator for any losses (including those arising from administrative or other penalties imposed on the Operator) incurred due to my use of other people's personal data.
