C Cases, a boutique law firm, has entered into a partnership and cooperation agreement with GMT Legal.
As part of the collaboration, founder and CEO Andrey Tugarin joined the C Cases team as an advisor. The partnership is aimed at combining the expertise of the teams and expanding customer support opportunities, including in the field of technology projects, digital assets and international structures.
Andrey Tugarin is a lawyer and entrepreneur, founder of GMT Legal. He specializes in legal support for projects in the field of IT, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and the digital economy and regularly acts as an expert on the regulation of digital assets.
The GMT Legal team has experience in supporting technology companies, startups and online platforms, including business structuring, intellectual property and legal regulation of digital assets.
According to C Cases representatives, the cooperation will strengthen the firm's expertise in rapidly developing areas of the technology business.
