C Cases at FPA Conference on Voidable Transactions in Bankruptcy

On April 29, 2026, CCases partner Yaroslav Knyazhev attended the conference "Invalid Transactions in Bankruptcy," organized by the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation and the Council of Young Lawyers of the Moscow Region.

The event was held at the FCL Council's venue in Moscow. Attendees included lawyers, insolvency practitioners, and academics specializing in bankruptcy.

The program covered a wide range of pressing issues: challenging alimony and prenuptial agreements, payments to affiliated parties, legal assistance agreements, as well as tools for asset stripping through employment contracts and 'mirror' business structures. During the discussion, participants exchanged case law on the most contentious categories of debtor transactions.
