C Cases Participation in the FPA Conference "Opportunities for Arbitration for Lawyers"

On May 28, 2026, C Cases partner Yaroslav Knyazhev participated in the conference "Opportunities for Arbitration for Lawyers," held at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The event was organized by the Arbitration Center at the RSPP and the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation.

The conference focused on the role of arbitration in legal practice: participants discussed the regulation of arbitration in Russia, aspects of international commercial arbitration, and opportunities for lawyers to serve as arbitrators. Particular attention was paid to the advantages of arbitration in resolving disputes between lawyers and clients — primarily the principle of confidentiality, which helps avoid the reputational risks inherent when such conflicts are heard in state courts.
