• Since 1992: Judge and Chair of the Judicial Panel at the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, member of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
• 1995–2009: Chair of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District.
• Held the highest judicial qualification class, served as Deputy Chair of the Council of Judges of Russia, and was a member of the Presidential Council for the Improvement of Justice.
